B&BW Lotion Favorites of the Moment!
Hey girls!
I wanted to make a really quick post about two scents I kind of re-discovered when I took a trip to Bath and Body Works last week (I also filmed a haul.)
So, I really wanted to focus on the two Signature Vanillas lotions that I purchased from Bath and Body Works' Semi-Annual Sale, so make sure to go check that out before it ends!
The picture above is of the Berry Signature Vanillas Body Lotion, which has a very strong berry scent and just a small wash of vanilla over the berry. It's a very nice lotion for summer because fruity scents are definitely in for summer, so this berry lotion will be amazing for summertime, and this is one that I will always be wearing!
The other Signature Vanillas lotion I purchased from Bath and Body Works is the Apricot flavored lotion. While the Berry SV lotion overpowers the vanilla scent with a strong berry one, it is the opposite for this Apricot SV lotion. The vanilla scent really comes out for this lotion, and it has a very light citrus scent with a very nice wash of vanilla over it. It's definitely more of a springtime scent in my opinion, but I love it just as much!
Unrelated: The color of the bottle reminds me of a cremsicle. :D
I hope to do these quick little review blog posts on some of my favorite products that I don't necessarily want to/have to make a whole video about... it just saves time for everyone!

Favorite Music of the Moment!
Hey girls!
I thought a list of my 5 favorite songs at the time would be a fun blog post to write!
1. Fix a Heart by Demi Lovato
2. Stay by Miley Cyrus
3. Every Rose Has It's Thorn by Miley Cyrus
4. Stupid "girl" by Nicki Minaj
5. Wild Ones by Flo Rida ft. Sia
So, I'm totally loving some slower songs, and then some of my Favorites are rap... I'm bi-polar when it comes to music LOL.
What music have you girls been listening to?

Blair

A Quick Update!
Hey girls!
So, I'm actually in Italy right now, but there turned out to be Internet connection, so of course I took advantage of that and decided to write this quick blog post while a had a little down time. How are you all? The flight over here was quite long, but now I'm recovering from my jet lag LOL. Most of you know this already, but there will not be any videos up this week - first of all, I didn't even bring my computer (I didn't really think I needed to) but I did bring my iPod touch, so I still it the Internet connection. I intentionally didn't bring my computer because I didn't want to be attached to it (it is a vacation of course, so I want to relax and have fun with my friends and family) but since I have my iPod I can still do a couple (not a ton!) of blog posts this week because it's really easy to use the Blogger App on my iPod and also tweet sometimes to let you all know what I've been up to!
So, just wanted to let you all know of you were wondering where I'll be all week and you wouldn't be confused when there were no videos up... :)
Have a great week everyone!

Nail of the Day - Times Square by NYC
Hey girls!
Today, I wanted to show you my nails and do a bit of a review on these NYC In a Minute - Quick Dry Nail Polish. I picked three polishes out and yesterday I painted them (and took the pictures, I'm actually in Boston right now!) this beautiful ruby, red polish.
As you can see, it's a super glossy polish, and it was very easy to apply - no streakiness, no thickness, and the brush was a good size (and not colossal like some brushes!)
These polishes claim to be "In a Minute Quick Dry" and they are... half-telling the truth! This polish doesn't dry in a minute... but it does dry in a very fast period of time: Approximately 3 minutes. So, even though the polish does't dry in the exact amount that it claims, it does dry very quickly and without hassle! I cannot wait to pick up more of these quick drying polishes!
I actually already have three:
This red one: Times Square by NYC
A grey one: Sidewalkers by NYC
A magenta one: Mo-Ma by NYC
Next time you take a trip to the drugstore, make sure to pick up a few of the NYC Quick Drying Nail Polishes! They retail for $1, which is an awesome price for a very quick drying polish!
Have you ever tried these NYC Quick Drying Polishes? If so, did you think they were good quality and would you use them again?

Blair

Kiss Nail Polish Strips Review!
Hey girls!
For my first official blog post, I wanted to do a review on a product. This product is fairly new in drugstores, and I got my Kiss Nail Polish Strips in CVS a few weeks ago. The design that I got was a leopard print (super cute!).
The Kiss Nail Dress stickers come with 28 nail stickers and a small nail file. You take a sticker and apply it onto your nail, and after it's applied, file it down with the attached nail file. You can shape it to your nail perfectly, and VOILA! A perfect "manicure"! On your nails, these nail stickers last for about 10 days, just depending on how careful you are with your nails.
TIP: Put on a coat or two of any nail top coat right after you apply the stickers, and maybe 3-4 days after you apply them to make them appear shiny, and also to allow the sticker to better stay on your nail and not chip.
These Nail Dress stickers can be compared to the Sally Hansen Nail Polish Strips (priced at roughly $10) while these nail stickers are only $6.99 (at my local CVS and Walgreens)
There is a slight price differentiation, and for the $4 difference, I would definitely go with the Kiss Nail Dress stickers. These Kiss nail stickers and the Sally Hansen nail stickers are basically the same quality, so if I were on a tight budget or just wanted to spend a less amount of money, I would definitely go with these!
The Sally Hansen Nail Stickers are good, too, and I have tried them before! But, again, if I wanted to spend less money, I would most definitely purchase the Kiss Nail Dress stickers.
I hope you all enjoyed my review, and make sure to try out the Kiss Nail Dress stickers for that perfect "manicure"!

Blair
